This is our in-house design. One-piece construction, to allow stock and larger diameter systems. For manufacturing process uses auto-claves. We are using vacuum bagging technology to press the dry carbon material into our mold. Our weave, fit and finish are impeccable and will really finish off the bottom of your bike, especially if you have a tri-colore with a flat black belly pan from the factory.
The rubber grommets shown in the picture are not included. It is easy to use your existing ones, simply reuse the ones from your stock parts.
Note: Carbon Fiber Parts Come Unpainted.
Weight: ~860 grams. (ours is a single piece item)
Stock part (Two halves): 1200 grams. Weight savings ~340 grams.
